Capezzano Monte is a very small village, perched. on the foot hills of the Apuan Mountains and is 10 minutes from Pietrasanta. It’s a bight village with a few essential shops selling local produce, it’s ideal for walker, and honeymooners and those who generally want to escape the hustle and bustle of life.
Camaiore is an authentic Tuscan town with Roman origins and is situated only 8km from Pietrasanta – with charming deli’s, boutiques, pavement cafés and a 10 minute drive from the beach.
You’ll be delighted to find that Pietrasanta is very accessible as it’s only 30 minutes from Pisa airport, 90km from Florence airport, and has a train station in town which is on the Rome – Genoa train line, and you can even arrive by car as it’s just off the A12 Genova – Livorno autostrada.
